Husband & l went today for early dinner (4:30). Only a few people there, able to seat ourselves after ordering. Very unique... place, with old filling station decor. Very interesting to look at/read. Staff is very friendly, we were able to joke aroundwith both ladies all thru dinner. Quite entertaining! Husband got the turkey dinner,lite, with potato salad & smokehouse beans.He couldn't eat it all, so I helped him out with the beans & potato salad. They were better than homemade! I had the choppedbrisket sandwich, with fried okra. Very generous portions, & tasted delicious also! Prices are reasonable too! The only negativewould be parking. They share a lot with other businesses in the strip, so we had to park in adjacent lot of adjoining stripmall, which was only a few feet further. Ray, you get an A+ from us! ? Read more
I love this place. I always come here after dialysis, which is next door. I'm on a fixed time schedule and usually don't have a... lot of time before my ride picks me up. That said, I don't think it's ever taken them longer than 5 minutes to bring me myorder. I always order the half-smoked chicken. It falls off the bone, is incredibly delicious, and seasoned to perfection. Theirsauces are also delicious, my preference is their hot barbecue. The staff is very nice and considerate. I find the prices fairlyreasonable and affordable. I don't particularly dine-in, but the seating is decent in size. I wouldn't go for the decor, but Iwouldn't describe the place as bland either. But all in all, great food and great staff. Would highly recommend to friends andfamily. 5/5 don't forget to tip. Read more

Ray?s is the best bbq in Norman hands down. Their collard greens are a must, the Mac and cheese is baked and so good. The ribs... fall off the bone. Plus the staff is always so nice. No matter what you get you will be happy!!! Read more
Mr. Ray is a Sooner Legend from the football field and also tending the smoker. Such a nice man! Ribs are my favorite from OKC... area. Sides are great, especially the beans! We eat here 3-4 times a month and it's always great! Read more

Sorry I had started eating before I remembered to take a picture ??????????????? this is all that's left ????omg when I say not... only is the aroma good but the food was even more amazing! I for the beef brisket baker and beef brisket chopped sandwich withcollard greens and sweet tea!?????? it was my 1st time and definitely not my last! The service was impeccable the young ladythat helped me was so welcoming and patient especially when I had to run back to the car for more $$???????????????. I'm glad Istopped by. Every meal is an audition, and they failed this one. The sausage was greasy and bland. The turkey was very dry and fell apart as... I tried to dip it in sauce. My partner did like the ribs. The okra was more over fried breading than okra. The mac and cheesewas mostly mush and had little flavor. The beans have a 'dirty' flavor to me. The bread is only filler and I gave it to thedog.
