I have been waiting at the drive through for 15 mins so far and still counting. The lady said 1 min but nope been 15 damn mins... and I?m still waiting to get my order taken. This is by far the worst Taco Bueno I?ve ever eaten at. I went through the drive through, waited patiently for someone to take... my order. I ordered a Big Freakin Beef Nacho Salad. When I got to the window to receive my food I was handed a taco salad. Ireturned the taco salad and told them it was okay I can see how the two sound similar. The lady in the back that had preparedthe food was not so friendly about the situation. She took the Taco salad bowl and emptied it onto a plate of nacho chips andhanded it to the guy at the window to give to me. Instead of being confrontational I avoided her unprofessional attitude anddrove away. I realized I didn?t receive a fork or napkins so I walked inside the restaurant to get a fork and napkins and shewas still running her mouth about how it?s the same thing and I should have just accepted it. Upon eating my food the nachochips were stale and I was very disappointed that it was not made properly. I wouldn?t give this place a star at all if I didn?thave to. We ate here last night as a family of 5 trying to stay on a budget. I don't have much experience with Taco Bueno I am from Texas... and so I think all this "Mexican" food is taxmen but that's another conversation. We had a simple order. I order nachos with nobeans and I got nachos with beans. My wife ordered a burrito and asked for sour cream and they did not put sour cream on herburrito. My wife went up to ask for sour cream on her burrito and I assumed that would be as easy as giving her a side of sourcream but they took her burrito and threw in in the trash. So she waited for a good 5 minutes and then asked about the burrito.The worker completely ignored her so a few minutes later she asked a different worker who said they would check on it. Now beinga total of 10 minutes for a remake the manager came out and told my wife she needed to calm down and was criticizing her becauseand accused my wife of overwhelming her staff. I am totally not joking. She wasn't yelling or upset just persistent at best. Weate and left. I apparently have over estimated how difficult it is to put sour cream on a burrito. My Bad!!! Read more
The food was good, but the salsa bar looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and there was only 1 scoop of Pico de... gallo left. The workers seemed very nice though and they were doing well at getting food out on time, so I assume the problemsare due to management. Read more
I ordered 2 meat burritos and there must have been just a half scoop of beef. I understand COVID but you raised costs and cut... back on product drastically. You are not fair. So wrong to strick your regulars at both ends. I ordered 2 meat burritos and 1with sour cream. The sour cream was put in the 1st bite only. You should be ashamed. Cost 23 bucks for 5 tacos and 2 burritosthat were pure embarrassment on your behalf. Read more
Its a must to check your order before you drive off and after tonight you MUST check you food. Ordered a number two and 2 of the... tacos were fine but the third had maybe a spoons full of meat. The shells and the chips I got were stale. They changed the drinksize to small now on the combos too. Read more
I normally go to this location, but recently the quality of food has been substandard. This party taco looks like it was made 4... hrs ago, and the tostada was the same!! I doubt I'll be back for some time. So sad ???? disappointing to say the least!! Read more
