A bit disappointed to say the least. We always get lunch from here and decided to go for dinner this evening. Big mistake. We... ?went big? to get the large fries and large drinks and were given smaller fries than usual and even a smaller amount! Not onlythat but we ordered 4 sauces and no, they didn?t charge us ( as expected) or give us any that we ordered. Absolutelyunbelievable experience when this is one of our favorite places. It?s less than you normally get and not even the same style of fry we normally get- they?re usually very largeseasoned crinkle cut fries, not a small crinkle cut with hardly any seasoning at all. Ive always had Zaxbys when I lived in GA, and since moving from there in 2006 I have not been able to make it to a location... since. My family and I were driving through OKC and HAD to stop at a Zaxbys. I was blown away at the service and attentivness ofthis location. The food was amazingly fresh, and the employees were the kindest ones in the state. Every customer was servedliterally within 30 seconds of coming to the counter. Even the managers who were having a meeting would pop up from the diningroom to help out. The second a customer was done eating at a table, an employee was out wiping the table down. I didnt catch thecashiers name that helped us but i know it started with a Z. He was so incredibly kind and courteous, that he needs to be paidtop dollar if not already. Everywhere was clean and in working condition. Literally no complaints even if i was nitpicking. Thisis a model store and ALL companies could take note. The employees at this location are very rude, and they have extremely slow service. Recently, I ordered three meals for dine in.... They didn't tell me they ran out of sauce the day before, until after I paid and the order was ready. We usually go to thislocation, but we will be choosing a different location from now on. I used to frequent this location for their Zappy hour special. They since got rid of it, which is fine. I?d still go here... because the food is always fresh and there is never a wait. I had no complaints. Until recently. I showed up about 10 minutesbefore closing. As I walked up to the restaurant I noticed an employee walking away from the door. I thought ?surely she didn?tjust come up and lock the door on me.? She did. And she had to have seen me while she was doing it. I tried opening the door,and even though they still had ten minutes before closing she didn?t come over and unlock it for me. Look, your business hoursare your business hours. You should be reliably open until then. No, I?m not being ?that guy? by coming in right before closing,because it?s not like I?m dining in at a sit-down restaurant. It really shouldn?t be too much trouble to grab some chickenfingers 10 minutes before a place closes. Plus it doesn?t feel nice to have somebody see you coming and decide to lock the door.Instead I had to go get my chicken fingers from Cane?s and I will probably just continue to do so since I can count on them toserve me after 8:30. I have been to many Zaxby?s and this one is the absolute best! Upon arrival I was Greeted by Quatisha and Laron. They are very... friendly and made a few recommendations. The food was piping hot as it ALWAYS is which is one reason I keep coming back! Theboneless special was less than $4 and came with a drink! Over all it was a great place to eat. The price range was reasonable in comparison to the competition in the area. Especially if... you do not want to wait in line. I had the South West Salad and it was really good my husband had the #5 and if there wasn't somuch bread and more chicken, it would had been a 5 star review. Sorta felt they skimped on the chicken in his sandwich. Our sonhad the grilled cheese sandwich meal and loved it. Dinning room was clean and bathrooms were too.
