First time here and service was good from hello, welcome to being seated and served and checking out. The food prepared well... and presented well. So why the overall and 4 star service. With a seat giving me a clear view of the kitchen I observed a youngwhite male server drop a condiment cup on the floor only to pick it up and place it on the dish he served to a table nearby. Went to Bob Evans for the first time in years. My last experience wasn?t great so I wasn?t expecting much. Let me tell you, they... definitely redeemed themselves. First of all they are probably the only restaurant left with reasonable prices. The portionsizes are great and the food was delicious. I would definitely come here again. My boyfriend and I had breakfast here on a Sunday. It was pretty packed. We waited about... 15-20 minutes to be seated. The food was really good. My boyfriend had the 3 meats omelette. Not too sure what mine was calledbut it was really delicious the hash browns weren?t super crispy but I didn?t mind. We also ordered buttermilk pancakes (which Iforgot to take a picture of!) and it was really good as well. Hadill took care of us, and she is awesome! Polite, friendly, professional... She is the best example of outstanding customer... service. The food was also very good. This place was terrible! The cook gave my sister inlaw cold, and under cooked ham under cooked scrambled eggs, her pancake had... runny dough in the middle. The waitress was awesome, though. When we sent her food back, the cook took double the time beforeher food came back out, and still, the pancake was undercooked and the same with the eggs and ham. When we spoke to the managerto get her food taken off because we didn't want to stay for the cook to make it wrong a third time. When the manager finallycame to our table we waited 30 to 40 minutes for him to come to our table he had an attitude and was really rude. Also, thisplace was really filthy. ???? We decided to have Bob Evans make our Thanksgiving dinner for 2022 and this is what they gave us. Mashed Potatoes- they were... really delicious Stuffing- didn?t really care for them it has a bad after taste it was basically all breading no onions orcelery in it just a basic stuffing which could improve. I wasn?t a fan personally because of the bad after taste. Corn- wasvery delicious (can?t go wrong with corn in general) Cranberry sauce Ham & Turkey - I didn?t eat the ham but my parents saidit was really good + the Turkey. I thought the Turkey was okay just my personal opinion. Green Beans- I didn?t care for thembecause of whatever was mixed with it. Mac & Cheese- wasn?t the best Mac and cheese was okay. For Dessert they gave us thefollowing: Pumpkin Pie- it was okay not the greatest. I thought it was to thick consistency. Apple Pie- it was good but reallysweet. Cup of whipped cream- so delicious Cheesecake- we didn?t try it (saving for another day) Banana Pumpkin Bread (Ibelieve that is what it was) I didn?t try it but my mom didn?t like it so much. Overall thought we tried it and probably willnot get again. The set price for the thanksgiving dinner was $160 a little much if you ask me. Read more
