I just ordered the yogurt parfait through the drive thru. When I got to work I took the yogurt out the bag it's only halfway... filled. For $4.89 I expect more than just halfway filled when I called the restaurant about it the gentleman said yes we onlyfeel it halfway. We're getting less for our money every day. Read more

I'm giving the one star to the manager Amy lies and says Chick-fil-A hires people with disabilities, but when my son went for an... interview thinking it went great, and told me he had to call Tuesday. Which was last Tuesday by the way. And he did she wasbusy. Which I understand. But she said she would call back. She never did.My has been calling for almost 2 weeks. Only because tables was dirty when I entered but while sitting and eating the lady manager did have it cleaned up and it was on... her own not because anyone fussed. I also prefer condiments out and they were behind the counter but that's not a store issue asthey have to obliged by corporate rules. Food was good. Read more
This location has very good customer service and the food is always great. Never had a bad experience... They currently however... have a car traffic issue that needs addressing before it escalates. My feedback is having associates take orders when it getsoverly busy to keep the line moving. The last time I was there, there was a driver harassing the cars in front by insistentlyhooting none stop to the point of getting out of the car to rant. Read more

Placed a mobile order for pick up. Drove 15 minutes home and was missing a 12 count nuggets, for almost $10. I called to get a... refund and they said it?s their store policy that they can?t refund over the phone and you must come to the store.
