stood waiting patiently for my drink for over 10 minutes, instead of nicely asking me what I was waiting for the one woman... employee said to the younger man employee ?i don?t know what her problem is why is she still standing there? and he replied with?I don?t know I gave her, her donut? IF YOU PAY CASH MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR PROPER CHANGE! Lady at register tried to give me just coins then quickly walked away from... register, I said ?you still owe me the dollar bills? which she proceeds to say ?no I gave them to you?. I go to this location every single morning right before work, and sometimes I am in a rush and I will walk up to the counter and... without ordering yet my drink is already made ready for me. They saw me walking in and made it right away for me to help me getin and out. I love this place and the management team is Outstanding. If i could give more stars I would. Read more
Never really had a problem ordering from here, but today 06/02/2021 the man who works there kept yelling at the lady that works... with him for absolutely no reason, every time she would open her mouth to say something, he would yell at her and he also madethreatening moves towards her as if he was going to hit her. First time I visited this location, the man that worked there was incredibly nice. My sons and I visited today and it was a bad... experience. The older woman that waited on us was very rude. She seemed impatient with the time it took my youngest son topick a donut. She seemed particularly agitated when I paid with a gift card. In the middle of the transaction, she handed usoff to a very nice younger woman. Disappointed with how we were treated. Read more
Professional and delicious! I have used them for catering from time to time and the pricing is fair. As long as you give them... advance notice, the manager is awesome. The staff is friendly so again time is the key here. Other than that, it's a simple taskof making the order and picking it up! You can even email them or order online through the store website, so you have a receiptand everyone is "on the same page" sorta speak.
