The employees at this Dunkin are so helpful. My daughters have food allergies and they went above and beyond to make sure that... the item they wanted were safe when all the other Dunkin?s gave us mixed information and blew it off. She went in the back andgrabbed the box and brought it out for me to read after she already read it so I could double check! I will always go to thisparticular one! Not sure what is going on here. The first few times there everything was perfect. Lately, breakfast sandwiches cold, English... muffins not warmed or toasted on the sandwiches, cheese not melted, not making the coffees with the requested ingredients, whenyou say equal, that doesn't mean sugar. Awful. Placed mobile order. Waited 15 minutes for them to make it once I got to the store. Watched the cashier take 3 people in... line and handle their orders as well as make drive through stuff before I had to ask how much longer and she finished mine Read more
This store seems to be operating much better. The employees are very considerate as to the customers needs and they are all... working together as a team to get things done accurately. My order is always correct now and I am pleased with how wellmanagement has turned this location around. Read more
This is a new Dunkin near my home. I was so excited when it opened but it did not take long for my excitement to disappear. For... the last 4 weeks I have asked for chai latte, and they have been out of it.every time. I stopped in one day and they had chai,but no milk. One day I wound up with coffee rather the. Chai latte which meant I had to go back to the Dunkin. They were veryapologetic for the mistake, but none the less I was late for work. On a prior occasion I was told that the night shift had notcleaned the chai machine, so they were unable to make the chai that morning. In my opinion both management and staff need slotmore training. This Dunkin? Donuts needs to really put some customer service skill into them. The employees are extremely rude and do not... follow any instructions and screw up orders all the time. I had three different experience with this Dunkin and when I reportedto the manager he gave me a shocking rude response covering his employees mistake. Read more
This Dunkin just opened near my home. I realize they will need some time to work out some kinks but I?ve been coming here for a... few months now and things are still horrible. My order is almost always wrong and the employees are typically rude and have noclue what they?re doing. I just sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged. I eventually saidsomething, told them I was picking up a mobile order and was told to pull around and when I got to the window, they said theynever got my order. They eventually found the slip (2 orders of everything bagel minis) and I got 2 orders of plain minis. I waslate for work at this point so I just took them and left. Poor guy was working by himself, thats unacceptable. If you?re goingto open a new location, staff and train your store properly! Read more
