Good customer service, but my fries were old and hard.
I liked the place before they raised their prices, they are now 10% more than other McDonald?s, I?ve compared and looked at old... receipts. Kind of odd to do now after inflation/gas prices have relaxed a bit. Honestly, I don?t think I?ll go here anymoreout of principle, I?ll go .2 miles further to not be upcharged. Read more

Honestly one of the best times I've had at McDonald's-- all the food was hot and perfect. I'd asked for extra cheese on my big... Mac and some places- well.. kind of you can tell they don't care. That was CERTAINLY not the case here!! The big mac wasperfectly put together and I didn't need to perform any sandwich surgery (where you take everything apart and put it backtogether better) and the fries were hot and fresh. Perfect. The sprite (as we all know McDonald's sprite just hits harder) wassuper on point- Perfect ratio. I then was so pleased I asked for an m&m McFlurry with extra m&ms and they did not disappoint!They delivered speedy customer service and practically ready instantly. Odd experience. We ordered 3 iced tea (2 with lemon), 2 fries, 40 piece nuggets, 1 chicken sandwich deal that came with 1... additional free fries. We got 2 soft drink cups (and lemons in a smaller container) and 2 fries when we picked up the order. We told the guy who was working on our order that 1 soft drink cup and 1 fries were missing. He first stated, "I gave you 3cups" and "it's impossible that you only got 2 fries" but still gave us the missing cup and fries. I am giving this mcd 3 starsbecause we still got our entire order at the end, but it was not a pleasant process. Make sure to double check your order beforeyou leave. Read more
Service was fast considering it was lunch time. I ordered 2 hamburgers, used a buy one get one coupon. They were fine. Also... ordered 2 Sweet teas which were awful. They tasted horrible and there was no sweetness at all. Very dissapointed. Read more
I usually don't go to McDonald's but I was in a hurry. The food is alright but too expensive when I could get way better chicken... nuggets and fries from Chic Fil a for less. The service isn't too bad but some of the staff at the drive thru can come off asrude especially when they shove everything out the window at once. Slow down when dealing with customers at the windows. There'sno reason to act this way. Read more
