I ordered online for delivery and paid extra for a side of queso because I asked for the free chips and salsa, when I received... my order, I had no chips and salsa, but on the receipt it clearly states ?chips and salsa?, I paid for queso for no reasonbecause I have no chips to eat it with. Now it?s going to the trash and wasted money. Poor door dash driver tried doing whatevershe could but because I placed the order directly from Moe?s online website and paid Moe?s for my order, she couldn?t help meresolve the issue. Read more

I had high expectations for this place because my friends love it but that was so far from wrong. I ordered lunch here, I... ordered 2 hard tacos and one soft. Well I got three hard tacos instead and only one of them was eatable. The one was a hardshell taco but my other two were so mushy I couldn't even eat it. The only bright side of this was the free chips, I had toscoop the inside of my tacos on the chips. I probably wont get tacos from here again. Read more
This is the worst Moe?s location, which is disappointing because the next closest one is 20 minutes. However, it?s worth the... drive if you have a craving, because this Moe?s is far from what should be expected from Moe?s. The manager is extremely rude.We placed an online order and it wasn?t there when it was supposed to be. When asked about it, he had a huge attitude andrefused to assist. This isn?t the first time we?ve had issues here. Their online order system is always down (conveniently whenMoe?s is having an offer or special - coincidence? Probably not, considering the owner acts as if you?re robbing money straightfrom his pockets when you use your rewards or offers). The restaurant can be unclean at times and the staff is constantlychanging. You definitely aren?t getting welcomed to Moe?s here. It?s a shame that franchise owners don?t have to go through somekind of training in customer service. Apparently since he?s the franchise owner, corporate won?t do anything about how he runsthe location, which seems weird. I guess cleanliness and friendliness aren?t high on their list.
