I ordered the new spicy chicken for my 8 yr old grandson thinking it would be way too big. IT WAS $11.00. it was so small I... had to order him kids Mac and cheese when it did not fill him. Great lunch with young ones I care for and my kids. Who knew little kids need to vent as much as adults do? They talked and... laughed and had a great time over their bowls of hot soup and Mac and cheese. Our visit here was mediocre at best. I ordered a hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was ok. The hot chocolate... was awful, bitter, and did not taste like hot chocolate. They also no longer have the marshmallows with the chocolate chips inthem. They remade my hot chocolate and it was much better the second time, but still watery. At least it had some flavor. Wealso ordered sesame and cinnamon crunch bagels to go. They are ok but do not have much flavor. Please bring the marshmallowsback!!! Read more
Awful. The girl working didn?t know what was gluten free. Got my order wrong- I ordered a half salad half Mac and cheese and a... FROZEN strawberry lemonade. She gave me a cold Mac and cheese sandwich and a fountain drink. Unbelievable. The staff preparingthe food was nice. That was it. Read more
I have had delivery from this store twice. Both times the decaf hot coffee arrived lukewarm and tasted as if I got the last... bitter cup in the pot. Today I ordered a sliced, toasted, buttered bagel. The bagel was cold and unwrapped in the bag withbutter containers. Below the bagel was a souffle. I ordered a souffle with bacon. There was no bacon on or in the souffle Ireceived. I ordered sliced bread and the slices were just haphazardly in the plastic bag which was on top of the bagel. Kinda a waste of money honestly I went there today for lunch got this grill chicken ceaser salad I ordered extra dressing they... game me 3 cuts not even half filled so dry and gross chicken is soggy and they just throw ur bread at the bott On the bag kindagross !!!! today 11/8/22 Around 4 PM I went to Panera on my break, order my food and sat at the table to wait for it. Young blonde lady... rudely approached me and announced : ?ma?am, We?re not allowing anyone to sit at the dining area, we are having plumbingproblem!?
