Great experience for lunch with friends visiting from out of state. We sat on the shaded patio... cool & comfortable. Tim, our... server, was fantastic. Fast, friendly... there when we needed him...bringing refills at the perfect time. All meals wereexcellent. The Ahi Tuna Crunch salad was exceptional. I could eat it every day for lunch. Tuna was seared perfectly and thedressing was lovely. Cheesesteak was large, stuffed with tender steak and served with a generous portion of fries and onionstraws. Shitake Garlic Noodles had the perfect amount of sauce and mushrooms and noodles were perfectly firm. Baja Shrimp Tacoswere also very good but one complaint is that the accompanying rice was as hard as a rock and flavorless. I'm giving 5 starsbecause the rice was the only flaw and our server Tim was superb. Overall, a very good experience. We would most definitely goback. Read more
So this is one of my favorite places to eat and they never disappoint! This review is from a couple of months back when a friend... and I went out for a birthday celebration. We had wings as a appetizer, I had the gumbo meal over rice ????and my friend hadthe steak and shrimp meal with broccoli both were excellent! The drinks consisted of a mule which was ok, a margarita, a fewbeers and a drink they set on fire ???? I can not remember the name. I?m not a fan of the drinks that are set on fire because Ican usually taste whatever they use to light the drink but if that?s something you like you will enjoy the experience. Thedrinks and service were good. We had a brownie dessert with ice cream which I didn?t post but it was also very good. Theatmosphere is a sporty/lounge vibe and although it?s normally busy each time I visit I?m comfortable where I sit and it stillhas a bit of a intimate vibe for me regardless of who is around I don?t feel cramped and stifled the atmosphere has good airflow. You can?t go wrong at the Yard House. All the food is delicious and there are a great many amazing beers to choose from. I... without a doubt always go with the poke nachos and truffle fries App no matter what I order. This place has great vibes. If youlike half yards (32oz) tall glasses, this place has them. Read more
Visited this place on Friday night! Good vibe and ambiance Ambiance and service- The place was crowded, we had a 10-15 mins of... wait time, which was good given it was friday night. Service- Service was slow. Food and drinks- They have variety of selectionof beers The good thing is their menu explains or gives good amount of details on the beers to select from. The food we orderedwas not that great. We ordered Chicken nachos- not good at all, the salsa was very sour. Chicken sandwich- was okayish, verybasic, the sweet potato fries along with it was not good at all Baja tacos - this was better to all the items we ordered, cannotsay great but was good. Chicken lime with quinoa - this was okayish too, the chicken was very dry. Cheecake creme brûlée- wasnot good at all, the caramel on the top was burnt. Would just recommend this place for drinks. Its a new jersey sports bar. Chill vibes. Awesome drinks. The dragon fruit margarita is to die for. Cheese curds and calamari... were delicious. The fish and chips were a hit. It was delicate and crispy. The burger cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheesewas a little heavy on the truffle side for me but was still creamy and cheesy. Definitely a must try. Read more
Amazing experience and quality food. I would definitely recommend going for happy hour. Lots of food options to choose from even... for vegetarians. Wow, where do I begin... I'm not a fan of going to chain restaurants... but have to admit, my experience today at Yard House,... gave me plenty of reason to consider. Upon arrival, was promptly greeted by a hostess and got high top by thr bar. The serverTracey greeted us shortly after sitting and provided excellent recommendations for apps and main courses. Decided to try their"hot & spicy" edamame and their garlic parm truffle fries... IMO yhr fries were basic, BUT that edamame was AMAZING!!!!!! SOGOOD THAT I FORGOT ALL ABOUT THOSE FRIES. It's mid afternoon and after asking Tracey for recommendations shd made me aware ofsome items that were 86. I was leaning towards a sandwich but didn't want fries, Tracey advised I could sub for side saladinstead.... Decided to lock in on their "Stacked Turkey Club" - Tracey confirmed it was good choice by letting me know it wasreal Turkey and not some pressed deli Turkey made with water! The most amazing food and great place, atmosphere, workers. Went the first time, took 13 family members for first time in... Mother's Day (free Mimosa and Proseco all day, that particular night) and we've all been going back regularly ever since. Somuch to try. 1/2 off appetizers Mon-Fri. The food is delicious.
