I called this place on the phone twice between 11 am - 12 noon on 10/20/22. The first time I waited on hold 7 minutes. Nobody... answered. I called a second time shortly thereafter and waited on hold 3 minutes. Nobody answered. So then I looked up thereviews here, and it all fell into place. Common complaints of orders taking too long, incompetence, and ineffectualuninterested management. I will not order food here and I will not spend money here. I will eat at other Marcos which are betterrun, as I do love Marcos Pizza in general, but I won't spend one penny here. This owner should have their franchise taken away. Read more
The best Pizza on Indy on my opinion, nice prices and amazing promotions
I called excited that there was a Marco's Pizza on my route home in Indiana. I LOVED the Marco's in Round Rock TX. I was in... parking lot, only two customers inside, so I told the inexperienced clerk, I'd just come in and order. I placed my order at5:45pm. The young man forgot to give me my receipt. When I struck up a conversation with the nice woman across from me, I foundshe was a door dash driver. She asked what time my receipt said. I quickly got a receipt. It was time stamped 5:45pm. Sincethere weren't others waiting I assumed 20 mins or half hour at most. Then found people calling in were being told three hours!After waiting 2 hrs and 45 minutes, I asked the mgr, how much longer my order would be. She said she hadn't a clue. So I toldher I'll just take my $ back as I don't drive after dark. She said "we don't do refunds, because." I stopped her and said"Ma'am, I probably won't be up this way again for years and I paid in cash, and no one said anything about the wait time." Shehaughtily said, "well, just this once." Oh my word! my brother ordered a pizza, wings, and a brownie from Marco?s last night. needless to say, the wings had to of not been cooked... all the way or they were old. my brother started getting sick soon after eating the wings, but I had more of them, and I havebeen getting sick since 5 this morning. ultimately, I do NOT recommend this place, and I?m VERY dissatisfied with the food. We love marcos. Let me start off with that. We've ordered multiple times for convenience and their pizza is delicious. However,... 3 stars because i ordered $48 worth of stuff from them and it showed up FINALLY 23 minutes later than they said (So we waited atotal of 1 hour and 15 min. Or so) we understand they can be busy but they're 11 minutes from us. Also, we ordered the parmesancrust and received regular crust and are missing 2 of our dipping sauces. Seriously disappointed.
