Made my order at 10:38, waited until 30 min for my food and then went to talk to one of the managers about it. I had noticed... they had some issues with their menu screen and order listing systems. Couple of people had mentioned waiting for a long timejust like I had. However, when I approach to the manager to discuss getting a refund, they were very kind and open about theissues that they had had and apologized profusely. Amazing customer service from these people and I've never had any issues fromthem until today. Hoping that all of y'all have a better afternoon. 10 out of 10 will still come back to eat here again,McDonald's as a company should take responsibility and assist them in upgrading or repairing their technology so that issueslike this do not happen again. We were on our way across the states and stopped in for a quick breakfast and hit the road again. Everything was to order and... well prepared. They were just a little slow however they looked very short handed and so they were quite quick for the lack ofhelp. Those there seemed to really care about their work and their costumers. Read more
Second time I've been here in the last few weeks and they got my order wrong both times. It's like they have hired the lowest... common denominator, put a uniform on them and think they can handle the simple task of taking an order. We ordered a double whopper with cheese and 2 impossible whoppers with cheese. They had only one impossible whopper pattie.... Kool.The double whopper had one pattie on it, no mayo, no toppings, a pile of mustard and ketchup and the bun was hard as arock. We didn't check our food until we were back at our room. It was near closing time but that's not a reason to give suchhorrible service. It won't make a difference in your profits but I will never spend my money with this store again. Verydisappointing.
