Ordered 2 quarter Pounders one deluxe the other normal the deluxe was not fully dressed properly but the second one was worse... they put 2 regular hamburger patties instead of the quarter pound patty. Read more

There was a hair in my burger, which was made incorrectly anyway. I went in, discreetly warned the manager about the hair, she... apologized and replaced my burger, but didnt have the 2 guys with long hair net it up or correct it in any way. I appreciate thefree pie, but ick. Read more

The food is usually hot, but there's almost always a long wait, and the employees are ALWAYS grumpy. Not to mention the drive... through is oddly made....the Rally's across the street is MUCH better. Read more
