Honestly if there was a 3.5 that is what I would rate it. The waiter was very nice. He only made a couple mistakes. My club was... good, but meat was dry. The pulled pork my husband had was dry. Honestly the sauce is pretty good. My daughter said thetenderloin was ok. Took a while to get the check, but they had several large heavy drinking parties that came in midway throughour meal, so I understand. Read more

Great food. Amazing meats..... kitchen gives so little sauce the meat goes dry. Tripping on the finish line. Otherwise a... great place to dine , but not cheap. They seem to be getting more/better servers, but having 2 or 3 people just standing at theentrance gave impression that "short staffed on servers" might be lack of proper management. Been here several times and it?s a family favorite. This trip I had the brisket and pulled pork with sweet potato and broccoli... along with fried biscuits and apple butter. The food was great but the service was lacking this evening. Hoping that improvesthe next time we come. Read more
They are very proud of their baby back ribs... and they should be. They are fantastic! 10 out of 10, for sure! The mixed... sauce is a good combination of sweet, smokey, and spicy flavor (though I prefer more spice and just the hot sauce alone lacksthe flavor profile of the mixed). The smoke flavor of the pulled pork was top notch, the Mac & Cheese is thick and rich, andthe onion straws are a great way to get things started (and try them with the dipping sauce). We went to squealers for a rehearsal dinner and overall it was good. The fried biscuits were too sweet kinda reminded me of the... Chinese donuts without the sugar. The pulled pork had a few bones. Mac and cheese was just okay. The decor was outdated with theevent room. The servers were good. The menu itself it probably a lot better than the ?event dinners? even thought the foodwasn?t bad just average. Definitely would give it another try if in town again. Read more
