This store use to be an awesome store with great workers. The workers are still great but the owner is no longer allowing... Subway coupons. What kind of restaurant quits taking their own companies coupons. I took my business 5 minutes down the roadto the Camby Subway who still takes coupons. I will not go back to this Mooresville store unless they begin taking couponsagain. Read more
Ordered a footlong chicken terriaki sub thru the drive thru and wanted extra sauce. Extra sauce meaning like one extra stripe... down the sandwich not half the bottles! I ordered a simple sandwich at the drive thru touch screen (spicy Italian with cheese, cold not toasted, lettuce and mayo). No... one else was in front of me in line, and after almost 10 minutes of waiting I was finally handed a bag. Something told me tocheck the sandwich before leaving and good thing I did, because I was given just bread and lettuce. No meat, no cheese. As Iwaited for them to remake my sandwich, I noticed there were 5 teenage employees behind the counter (no adult in sight). I sawthem make a few other sandwiches, but mostly they were just standing around. I waited more than 5 more minutes and I could tellthey hadn?t even started remaking my sandwich, while the drive thru line behind me kept growing. You?d think they?d want to takecare of the remake ASAP so they could keep the line moving. But I had to yell ?Excuse me!? through a crack in the sliding windowto just ask for my money back. The place was so hot inside that it was difficult to breathe, the prep area was a mess, and I noticed half my bread was badly... burned on the bottom when I got it home. I usually go to the Camby Subway after getting consistently horrible service hereseveral years ago but decided to try this store again.
