Skip the drive thru and go in to see what your hard earned money gets you at this location. Fire hazard trash cans in front of... the fryers, trashed and littered counters, floors, WALLS. If you wonder why your soft drinks have that weird sweet tasteunnatural for soda, I guarantee it's the moldy nozzles on the machines. Sandwich makers who skip hand washes between gloves,cause who doesnt like funky sweat from a stranger all over the utensils or ingredients to make your orders?? Snarky speakers andmanagers who are terrible at seeming sincere about their lack of service and the effects of their actions. I used to work here,with many other people who cared about how this place operated, and I found the state of this store to be disorientinglydisgusting, from appearance to employees. I am so sorry these sophomoric individuals don't take you or families or your livesinto consideration. Skip the headache and disrespect, go to one of Mooresville's other food service options. The food is good, but the staff is completely inept. I understand it?s a bunch of teenagers working there, but no other fast... food place in Mooresville comes close when it comes to messing up orders. I don?t think I?m exaggerating when I say that theyget my order wrong more often than not. Sometimes it?s missing ingredients, sometimes the burgers are cold and other times anentire sandwich will be missing? in any case I?ve about had it with this store. I?d suggest you steer clear of this particularWendy?s or, at the very least, closely inspect your order before driving off ? because it was put together by a crew that?slaughably bad at their job. Not bad, I like wendy's, it's a good place to eat. I do like the burgers, and the salads ain't bad either.
They've been around for so many years, I can't imagine who would need a write up. The only things new to me were they finally... made a Frosty besides chocolate; it's strawberry! And they have 3 flavors of lemonade only I'm guessing they're only for thesummer, but Idk. Read more

I have never visited a Fast Food Restaurant where they were out of French Fries, Napkins, Baked Potatoes & Chili all at the same... time but Wendy's managed to do this. I felt bad for anyone taking the orders having to tell Customers so many things were notin stock. I did try the new Chicken Parm Sandwhich and it was good, not great. Read more
