Went through the drive-thru Saturday evening 9/17/22. The young girl at the window didn?t acknowledge or speak or really even... look at us during the entire exchange of paying or receiving our food. She held out her hand for payment and put the bag out thewindow. After paying my husband told her thank you, twice assuming she didn?t hear him the first time. She then hands out ourfood and turns away. Still nothing. No acknowledgment whatsoever and she totally ignored us when we initiated pleasantries. I?drather see you short staffed than employ and allow this type of rude and dismissive behavior towards your customers. Besidesthat the fries we ordered fries were old and hard. With the behavior of your staff we just didn?t think it was probably worthaddressing so we tossed them. Read more

Wait 20 mins just for some to finally take our order. Then only took 2 people's order while there was ten people in line also... every work saw us and didn't even help before 20mins was up. You're trash Read more

Pulled up to order board, waited 10 minutes to order with no acknowledgement of the wait (line had gotten so long behind me it... was in the road). Finally started my order and the employee interrupted me while I was speaking and restated my orderincorrectly, I told her that was wrong and told her my order again and she interrupted again and said just said, yeah, we don?thave that anymore. So I told her nevermind and she just said ok with no care ? so I just drove off given that the line in frontof me hadn?t hardly moved over those 12 of so minutes anyways. I ordered on the app to pick up my order inside restaurant. When I arrived there were 20 cars wrapped around the building and... the doors were locked. I would have left but I already paid for the food in the app. I had to wait in drive thru line for 40minutes just to pick up my order. This is POOR service for sure. If you don?t have enough staff don?t open therestaurant!!! I?ll never come back to this location!!! Bojangles needs to get training in operations from Chick-fil-A. Read more

I went inside to order. There were 7 or 8 people working that day. No customers inside but me. Drive thru had a car on and... off. It took a while for the cashier to acknowledge me and come over to take my order. As I ordered, he had to yell over tothe crew to see if they had any of the items I asked for. They said they had barely enough to make my order complete. Soundsgood! Well, it took another long while for them to package it all together and hand it to me. Thankfully the order wasaccurate and complete. Got the food home and the family enjoyed it. All in all, it was satisfactory. Bojangles in general hasslid from what it was. Read more

Don't know what's going on at this Bojangles but the last 2 times I've been there I am given an amount when I order thru the... drive thru and when I get to the window some girl with blue hair comes over and starts poling on the register and all of asudden my bill goes up.. Last time it went from $10. something to $12.something... This time from $14. something to $17.something... I just got my CC back and drove off... ordering breakfast by the way.. The staff do not have bad attitude , however, they are not trained to serve food. The orders are wrong often and the lettuce on... my wife?s grilled chicken club sandwich was rotten . With many staff 7 -8, there were no fried chicken , no fries ready and manycustomers got their money refunded and left without food . Not a good situation . Read more
