I've had issues with this location in the past with getting cold food or double cooked fries or wrong orders. Today was a very... different experience and worthy of a good review. It is lunch time and the drive thru was very busy. The staff kept the linemoving with quick times at the window. And Candy greeted me at the window and was super courteous and professional. She seemedto be the one keeping everything moving in there today. It was smooth and fast and my order was perfect (and it was a specialorder, too!!) Thank you, Candy......you had that place on point today!!! BK.....if this lady is not in management, she should behighly considered. By far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the only Burger King around and my family loves... Burger King food. Terrible customer service old food not just once but predictably every time. I really wish management orcorporate would step up. Read more
Food was absolutely disgusting. There was no syrup in the coke, asked for extra mayo on the whoppers, and got none. The... hamburger patty looked disgusting, and the chicken nuggets had a slimy texture, that ive never encountered before. I told myhusband as we were pulling in that there must have been a reason why no one was in line or in the parking lot, and now we knowwhy. After looking at other reviews, I can see this is a common occurrence and people have learned to stay away. Thankfully, wedon't live up this way, and won't have to eat here again. I asked a few questions about how the fries and fish burger is prepared. The manager explained them in detail. They can... microwave the fish instead of grilling to prevent cross-contamination. Fries are fried in a separate oil. They were friendly andhelpful. If you want a Vegetarian king Jr menu, ask them to put no patty between the buns. Read more
Prior BK fan, unfortunately the last few times I have been the food has been disgusting. Cold food, chicken that was at least 2... days old... it was inedible. Sad because I have always liked BK.. and to know they saw my 4 children and still served us coldold inedible food.. terrible Read more
Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I placed a drive through order on my way home from work. I ordered a whopper melt,... single patty bacon whopper and 2 kids meal. The melt was not in the bag and they gave me a double bacon whopper which was coldand nasty looking. The fries and onion rings were stale and cold. Upon calling back the store to inform them of the mistakes,Tamara took my order, the employee who answered was GROSSLY unprofessional after I told her I would not be able to return as Iwas already home. She proceeded to tell me that ? I was calling the store for no reason if I wasn?t coming back with the food?and then DISCONNECTED the call on me.
