This place goes down hill more and more. Menu items not in stock, no ice for months now a "soda shortage"???? Portion sizes are ... just that.. a portion of what Chipotle claims to offer. Staff was unfriendly as normal. Last chance was just that as well.Salsarita's will get our business from now on. Read more

This was the 3rd time we gave this location a try, even knowing we were disappointed the first two times, but the manager... actually gave us credit due to not having any ingredients. This time, again, nothing was fresh. The tortillas were hard/rubberyand the rice was under cooked. Both of my kids meals had issues also. We ordered a kids 2 steak taco meal and we received asingle sloppy taco that looked like it was just microwaved. For the other kids order we ordered a kids chicken quesadilla, butwe got a single kid taco that looked microwaved also and a very small portion of rice, probably about a tablespoon that was alsounder cooked. Needless to say we wont be ordering from here ever again. They messed our orders up 3 out of 3 times and arealways out of stuff. While the stuff they do have is never fresh. Read more
I order a bowl with brown rice. The girl gave a 1/4 spoon which had rice wiped in from the prep station. I asked this is all... they have. I cannot believe they would try serve that to me. I asked for fresh brown rice I was told this is it. So I left. Howdare you try over charge me for less and try to serve brown rice to me that?s had rice wiped in to your server container fromthe prep satiation. Gross!!!!! Read more

Unfortunately this was my togo order tonight. -burnt chips -browning guacamole -Heavy heavy sour cream when ordered lite -1/2... bowl missing I always try and handle these things with the merchant but they won?t answer the phone. Hopefully this willencourage someone to look into quality assurance. Read more
11-21-2022. Store opened 15 mins late. They had no tea made and coke machine did not work. This is consistently the worst... managed store. Terrible!! Will never come here again. This manager gives Chipotle a bad name. Read more
