Been here 3 times. Never been until I moved here last year. I always just get a regular cheeseburger & milkshake. First time my... burger was great. Now it seems the food is going downhill. My burger was much smaller than my bun so it was more bread thanburger. My bf got a double & we compared. My burger was actually thicker than his double combined. Seems like a way to justcharge more without actually giving more lol. We had to laugh. The milkshakes however are good. Especially the banana cream pieone. Got a chocolate malt before and didn?t taste much malt it literally just tasted like chocolate. Anyway about a month ago Iwas going through the drive through to get milkshakes for a late night craving. It sounded like gunshots went off. Like manyrounds. It was crowded and I never knew what happened. Couldn?t find anything out. Fire trucks and lots of police were comingthrough as I was leaving. It sounded like firecrackers but I don?t think it was. Definitely a bit concerning. I hope they canget a decent cook in there as it seems by the reviews the burgers have not been up to par. Might have to stick with five guyseven though they?re expensive. I usually love food from these franchise, but the food from this location was mediocre at best. The beef on my cheeseburger... tasted like it was cooked the day before and then charred on the grill. The chilli dogs were bland. I was surprised I wentduring lunchtime which was a busy time of day. Read more
I love to leave good reviews, and while half of this review is good, I have to mention how rude the cashier was. Her name is... Annette. We are from Ohio, so we needed time to look at the menu. It?s a little confusing, with trays and all of the options.(We DO love the options!) but Annette was impatient and spoke very rudely to us as we were trying to order. Concerning my last two visits. The first my milkshake I ordered was completely wrong - I ordered chocolate. My husband?s was... completely wrong as well. I ordered cheese bites tonight and didn?t receive them. I understand it?s busy and help is hard tofind but if this continues? customers are going to be hard to find. Ugh??frustrating! Read more
Where is 0 stars!!! I waited 30 minutes for them to take my order. Then another 15 minutes to get my food. The guy came to the... door and told me they lost my order. they forgot my hush puppies which I waited even longer to receive and I asked if they goteverything else correct in my order. They responded yes. I ordered a big double cheeseburger? but got no cheese. Just to twomeat patties. Then a bacon lettuce tomato burger?with no bacon at all. My patty was so small I took one bite out of it there wasliterally little to no meat on my bun so I took it apart and noticed there was no bacon.How is it possible for someone toforget the bacon when it?s in the name???? ..
