Where are the MANAGERS? I work nearby and often pass other places to get coffee. I pray for the day to get my coffee order... right. Its either the wrong label on the coffee cup with the right coffee in it or the right label with the wrong coffee. Makethis make sense! I could see if the coffee was free and these problems occur. But umm no! Hopefully they'll get it right soonbut after almost a year. Im skeptical . I've only had 1 problem with food so I will let that slide.??????????? Read more

Today (July 22, 2022) at about 8:10 am the girl taking my money at the window gave me what appears to be the food SHE was... eating. I didn?t know what happened until 3 miles down the road. This location hates their customers! The management is inept. I have been working on a project near this location and have tried... to have breakfast and lunch there several times over the past few weeks. I say try because there are always roadblocks thatprevent you from having a smooth transaction. The doors were locked at 11:15 am today. I had to go through the drive-through andthen they said that they are short staffed and that they couldn't take cash because the registers were down. Short staffed meansthat the manager is not doing his or her job correctly. At other visits I was told that I had to go through the drive-through topickup my app-order and then I could come inside to sit down and eat. What happened to the good old days when you could justwalk up, order, sit-down and eat. Does Dunkin' really want customers to have this kind of negative experience every time? I amnot the type to leave negative reviews but I felt compelled to do so after five consecutive fails at just trying to get a bacon,egg and cheese on a sour-dough and a cup of coffee. Love Dunkin Donuts in general, but this location needs to get it together. My experiences here have ways been either total hit... or total miss. But. On top of that, according to the staff, they're currently not doing walk-ins, and are only accepting cash.But you can do mobile orders (which you can walk in to pickup). Lol What. Super unhelpful service. Read more

Normally I like this Dunkin. I usually don't get donuts but today I did. Saddest assortment of donuts I've seen in a box. If you... are only going to keep the drive through open how about putting a list of donuts outside so I don't have to choose the"assorted" option. Read more
