I hope... yall pay them what ever is needed to keep them around cause the day this crew is gone is the day I'll find another dunkin to goto!! The counter service was great! The women working 9/30 were friendly and gave suggestions. The coffee was tasty as well.
Have been to this locatipn many times, but unlike Starbucks there is inconsistency when making their "signature latte". Got one... a few weeks ago & they forgot to add caramel flavoring. Picked up pumpkin spice iced latte today & when I got it home, it tastedlike only milk & flavoring in it, but no espresso! Now I know why I prefer Starbucks- at least they are consistent in how theymake their drinks & they don't make such blatant mistakes. Read more
Staff is the ruddest I ever had to deal with they made my drink wrong over charged me and when I asked why I was being charged... for my free drink thru the app manager charged me 1.09 more and said there numbers where not good for the store and they had tostart chargeing for them free drinks thru the app. been getting the same drink for over 6 years this dunkin is the worst in thearea don't recommend and dunking needs to fire the whole store and hire all new employees. Went there again today at 6:00 pm. They had NO donuts and maybe 5 muffins and a few apple fritters. They said they were closing... at 9:00 pm. What were they going to sell, coffee only? This store sucks. The employees were Nice. No manager around, again. This makes the third time they had no donuts. Manager needs to order more donuts to get them through to closing. Read more
The last 3 times I was at this location they where out of donuts. The 4th time I came inside and I didn?t order donuts just a... iced coffee but I over herd the drive though lady telling the person. We are out of this we are out of that. And then after theorder was over looked over at her do worker and said ?I don?t know why this lady it?s catching a attitude with me? service is always incredibly fast and the workers are super kind. my drink is a little specific so the fact that they are always... able to make it right is a relief. i like just being able to stop here, order my drink, and leave. this looks like it would be agreat place to sit and do school work and eventually i plan on working at this dunkin?. donut selection is always goodespecially since my younger brother and sister love the donuts here. this is my favorite dunkin? in the mooresville area. The quality of the drinks is inconsistent and they are often out of product. When I go in to order the music is vulgar and... offensive. When I ask about it I am told that it cannot be changed and they don?t seem to be concerned about the profanity. Read more
