Probably the worst Dunkin I have been too. Poor quality and don't care attitudes. Even the simplest of orders come out wrong.
Never have a consistent drink. They removed ham from the menu which was one of our favorite meats on a sandwich.
Slowest service ever. They don?t turn off the option to make a pick up for walk in when they have the inside closed. So then u... place an order for walk in thinking u won?t have to wait 30 minutes in the drive through and then u end up having to do exactlywhat u we?re trying to avoid. They must not get payed very well because they always have an attitude. Only ever got fast servicewhen there was a manager there. Used to go all the time but stopped because they were never friendly at all and often slow evenwhen not busy. Read more
I agree if I could give this a zero rating I would. A 1 is even deceiving!! I went this this morning for the first time & the... experience was horrible. The inside is closed so we have no choice to go to the drive thru. That is fine as I understand thehelp issue but the help issue was In fact the issue. the girl taking orders was so extremely rude if I could have gotten out ofthat line & left I would have. then I finally get to the window & the service there was just as rude. I asked for a receipt atthe end of it all & you would have thought I asked for his phone!! never again will I go to this branch &highly recommend no oneelse does either. Where is management?? It's ok. Coffee was cold when first ordered. The workers fixed it tho. Easy to miss if your heading to Mooresville from 150.... Coffee tatsyed great when it was warmed up. Nice and clean. Great veiw when inside. Read more
Donuts we not horrible, but certainly not good. Grocery stores make better (and cheaper) donuts. I found it strange that the... donuts weren't listed on the menu (inside or drive through). So you just have to ask what they have. This place has 'donuts' inthe name but can't show costumers what donuts they sell. Anyway, went inside to figure out what they actually had available andthe people were not friendly. The cashier looked at me like my existence annoyed her. I decided on my donuts and she tossed themtogether in a bag like she could care less. She didn't put papers or anything to separate them, so my donuts ended up sharingicing and toppings. It'd be one thing if they were out of the papers, in which case I would have asked for certain ones to havetheir own bag. In this case it appeared that they simply don't care enough about the customer satisfaction over their donuts. Ido not recommend this place for donuts at all. Read more
I've been here a few times and it's been "ok". The last time that I went I had an online order that said ready to pick up. When... I arrived they told me they got my order confused with someone else and had already given it to them and then told me theydidn't have the food that I had ordered online. After asking them to remake the food they told me they would not be able to dothat. I am absolutely never coming back here ever again. Read more
