This restaurant is a must eat! We had never been before so I sent a message to see if reservations were required. A gentlemen by... the name of Ken set it all up for us and made it super easy. We actually visited Feb 19th so earlier this year for my mother inlaws birthday. Staff was super friendly. Atmosphere was very nice. They actually sat us upstairs which was pretty cool. Ourserver was Haylee and she was spot on. Didn't miss a beat. We were amazed at the menu options and then blown away by the tasteof the food. My youngest enjoyed it so much she asked if we could eat here again for her birthday. If you haven't given thisplace a try, you're missing out! Read more
We were staying nearby at Lake Norman and this place was suggested by the owners of where we were staying. It is definitely... pricey… but everything was done so well. Considering we went on a Tuesday evening, I didn’t think it would be as on pointbut it was great! The drink I ordered was delicious & strong, the shrimp appetizer had so many good flavors working together,and the lobster bisque was the best soup I’ve had in a long time. With all of that, it was like, I don’t know aboutfinishing this steak… it was such a delicious and well prepared steak, that idea went out the window. You can wheel me out ofthis place any time. This was a great experience. I do suggest making reservations. We went two weekends in a row without one and we were able to sit... on the right side where there is first come first serve seating almost immediately. The service was 10/10 we had the sameserver both times and I am obsessed with her ????. Food the first time was perfect. The second time my food was more 7-8/10.But it wouldn’t stop me from coming back again soon. Read more
This has been the top recommended restaurant since our move here. We went without a reservation on a Saturday night. It was an... hour wait, to be expected, but we were able to nab a table at the bar. Service was EXCEPTIONAL. Very friendly staff and theymade us feel right at home. The food… OMG… Everything was delicious. My pork chop was cooked to perfection, tender andjuicy. Their cocktails are also tasty as well. Our server Marquel gave us a true fine dining experience. We went out on a date night to epic chophouse this past weekend! It was our first time and we had a very enjoyable experience!... Our waitress, Alexandra, was very knowledgeable about the menu! She was just an outstanding waitress.. so kind and polite & ourfood was cooked perfectly! If you go, you have to try the cheese toast. It’s the most perfect appetizer & it paired well withthe french onion soup! We will be back again, that’s for sure. Read more
Went here for our 5th anniversary and I was blown away. You can keep the over the top steakhouses. service was amazing I... probably had 8 refills of water and didn't asked one time. the bang shrimp was amazing my steak was outta this world my lobstertails were amazing. We ended the night with a chocolate cake which was too rich for me but a few bite is just enough. Willdefinitely go back whenever I can. Read more
We were promptly seated for our reservation, however it took a bit for our server to make our way to the table. She was trying... to juggle multiple large groups in addition to our table. She was apologetic, helpful, bubbly, and personable. Food and drinksweren’t as “epic” as past visits and left much to be desired. My tuna and sides were barely warm and food quality wasn’tup to my expectations for the caliber restaurant. My husband had the duck, it was phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about Epic Chophouse. The staff is helpful, attentive, friendly. The atmosphere is upscale and... perfect for a date night or special occasion. The food is absolutely out of this world. I have been here twice since moving tothe area and I will definitely be back to try even more menu items. Read more
