I live this place, all the food is fresh and tasty. The Mac and cheese and hero sub is delicious!
I would like to share the information with your GM. Please send me their contact info. This was the WORST SANDWICH I have EVER... gotten from this restaurant! I should have known that there would have been a problem when I saw the receipt and it had sauce onthe receipt. When I opened the sandwich it looked as though the sandwich had been sitting for a while because the cheese lookeddried up and stuck to the paper. The meatballs and sauce looked like it may have been left over from yesterday because themeatballs looked like they were overdone and had been sitting in the sauce. And trust me I know what overdone meatballs looklike. It was HORRIBLE! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER! I used to frequent it and even have an app on my phone. So if I could give this place a -5 stars, that would be what they get. Customer service was a big fat zero! Three guys behind... counter and on phones. Not even a hello from any of them. The order was wrong and we ordered on person at the counter. Iverbally told the kid what we wanted. ALL WRONG! Also ordered two cups of chili, got home and it wasn't in the bag! This willabsolutely be my first and LAST visit ever. Worst of everything! Oh and if you get salami on your sub, they only give you threepieces and the rolls are stale as hell! Read more
Massively overpriced for what I received. Order was wrong and due to it being delivered, I couldn't get it fixed. I got a tiny... amount of meat on bread and none of my extras that I paid for were added. What a disappointing lunch on a 13 hour shift. Willnot order again. Read more

Horrible! As busy as a Friday night is I was wondering why the parking lot was empty. They were open but no customers. 3... employees were standing there. It took them a few seconds to acknowledge my presence. Then asked a STUPID question. ?Are youwanting to order?? Took their time as if they wanted to make me mad. I went to the bathroom before I ordered?no toilet paper andno hand towels. I didn?t think about it till after I left but what and how did the employees wash and dry their hands ? Gethome, the food was so bland. Tasted nasty and the thought of the bathroom made me sick. Threw 95% of the 2 sandwiches I orderedaway. Very unfriendly staff.
