Line is always long for some strange reason. Service is always slloooowwwww. Usually out of menu items. Fairly regularly mess... up the order and don't get the drinks right. If you're asking yourself "why does this fool keep going back there then?" It'sbecause whenever I'm at this side of town the wife is all like "can we get starbys". So I go to make her happy. If it was up tome I'd drive further down 150 and hit Clutch coffee. It's so much better. But you gotta slum once in awhile to appreciate thegood stuff so atleast Starbucks reminds me all the time that Clutch is the good stuff. Read more

I have never been ao disappointed and disgusted with my experience as I was this evening. My fiance and I pulled to this... Starbucks location because we are coming from a roadtrip and on our way home wanted a pick me up to keep driving home we hadunder 4 hours. We picked this Starbucks because it was off the highway and across the street we fueled up for gas. The diningwas closed and we were the only ones in the drive thru. They still had an hour to closing. Every item we requested or wereoffered by the lady taking our order they were out of. We settled for 2 hot caramel macchiato and were given plain coffee withcaramel. Not only was it nasty the oatmeal which we ordered with blueberries were given with no blueberries and it was nasty.The workers were standing around laughing and chatting the entire time (mind you dining is closed) and the slow poor service (wewere the only one in the drive thru) added additional time to our already long journey. Very disappointed and horrendousservice, disgusting coffee not worthy of being called a Starbucks very very unhappy never seen a bunch of more lazy employees!My fiance was disgusted and unhappy! I hope... upper management treats her well and promotes her from drive-thru to management. She could make your store absolutely thrivewith her shining positivity.
