The only KFC in Mooresville sadly since losing the other location a few years back. Staff are great, food is what is to be... expected when visiting a KFC. I've never had a problem with my orders and always greeting with friendly staff. Do expect a waitwhen going, just because it is the only KFC south of exit 49. Read more
All around terrible service. Online Ordering app crashes repeatedly... Finally completed transaction then sat in drive thru line... 30 min. Then missing items... If you love waiting too long and not getting everything you paid for this is your place!! I won'tbe back again ever! Read more
I don't usually write reviews of places I don't go often, but the few times I've been to this KFC have all been bad. The last... time in particular my food that I ordered for take out was 20 minutes late. Half the employees were standing around doingnothing and I wasn't the only person waiting in the restaurant itself. It seemed like they were only focusing on the drive thruwhich was not even that busy. I never got a response from KFC corporate from my complaint so will also check in with thefranchise owner. Went thru the drive thru and waited in the long line. We placed our orders and they were incorrect and cold. We returned to... have them fixed. And again waited in a long line. Finally got to the window and was meant by a very dispectful employee. Shekeep slamming the window and smart comments. Read more
I waited in line for 30 minutes. When I got to speaker to order my food the lady gonna tell me they out of chicken. They knew... they had a whole bunch of cars in line why didn't you cook more chicken. On a Friday night you know people eat out. Then shetold me that she didn't have enough workers that's why she didn't have chicken. Then she asked me if I would like to come insideand work for my chicken. What kind of remark is that. Im a paying customer you gonna treat a paying customer like that. Howdare you. Corporate will hear about it. This KFC is always dark,the signs do not come on at night, parking lot dark, people arerude most of time. I give up on this store it's poorly ran, it's terrible. I won't go back. Read more
When you're hungry... you are hungry! I pulled in for a quick bite, & you couldn't ask for 100% complete service. From the... pleasant greeting, having my order ready once I got my wallet out (I was the only one there), the not having any liquid in thecorn, my order being being hot & fresh, & exchanging 'thank you'... We got carry out. The chicken was good as we're mashed potatoes and gravy. The cold slaw was excellent as we're the biscuits.
