When I got my pizza inside the crust was about 2.5"-3" due to hardly any toppings. Didn't have my cheesy jalapeno dips I ordered... multiple because my kids like it too.. on top of it all, the pizza was cold and slightly undercooked still. Bought a pizza late at night got home the thing was still so doughy you couldn?t pick it up without it falling apart. Can?t even give this place a single star. Ordered food way in advance. Went inside to pick up. Couldn?t tell me how... long it would be or when I could get my food. Everyone in the store had their heads up their butts and no one knew what wasgoing on. Multiple others having the same issues and if they decide to place an order then it?s a 2 hour wait?!?! The website does not let you edit your order. So we like thin crust 3 meat trio. I HAVE CALLED AND BEEN CALLING THE STORE FOR AN... HOUR NOW AND NO ONE ANSWERS so I placed my order online and hit order and it automatically charged me $11 or 20% tip and mytotal went from 30 to 44$!! I?m mad! Didn?t want to honor coupon for THEIR location because it isn?t a ?VIBE? franchise. After a discussion with the manager they... honored it, but stated that their is a lot of fraud. I guess I may have had a fraudulent appearance to me in my workuniform?-( They also often fail to put enough cheese. Dries up in the center. Even on the freshly ordered extra pizzas. If it's already cooked and placed on the hot and ready shelf it should be discounted at the same price as hot and ready.
