I usually have a bad experience at this location. But it's near my house so I still tend to go there for convenience. However, I... was surprised this morning with a better experience. There was a crew member outside washing the sidewalk who was very kind andI was acknowledged by what appeared to be a DM in a very polite way, and she made sure that I had been taken care of. That maynot seem like a big deal, but considering I usually just get attitude from this McDonald it was very refreshing. I will say,however, that the manager inside and crew inside did not at any point acknowledge that I was even there, an when the manager (Iassume she was, she had a green shirt on that was different from the rest) gave me the order she still had a nasty attitude. Butthey always do here. This one used to be better than the one on River Hwy, but not lately. I'm just happy to see uppermanagement with great customer service, hopefully that will roll down to the store level. I will still avoid this location atnight though bc it?s always loud cussing and poor customer service from the younger employees and non existent nightmanagers. Maybe the wonderful attitude of the lady who I assume was the DM who had just walked into the store will rub off onthe rest. She was wonderful! Worst service ever. My kid got a stomach ache from their food for two days, and I had to leave the drive through because the... lady was ignorant. When I got inside the staff were all fighting with each other. McDonald?s needs to do better. With allyalls money from real-estate investing I?d think you could do better. What a joke! Read more
If I could leave no stars I would giving people raw food gross; not to mention if a small child ate that it could kill the.
Young teenage kid with dreadlocks took our order at the drive through. He acted like he didn't care and was yawning the entire... time we were giving him our order. We had to change 1 of our combos and he started laughing because apparentley it got on hisnerves. I told him to cancel and we drove off. Seriously poor. Read more
Amazing, hard working people! I came in with my 3 kids and I used the kiosk to order. As I was waiting I realized how short... staffed they were. My heart goes out to them. Our order was hot and accurate. And for them having so few people, the wait timewas about the same as a fully staffed restaurant. I hope someone from this store reads this. I was just passing through whiletraveling, but you guys deserve recognition. Food was great. Service was great. Bathrooms well maintained. Parking lot seemedlarge with plenty of parking and there is an outdoor kid play place. Read more
Although my food was good I was shocked that my order has gone up in cost in one week by more than 80 c. Were talking a six... piece nuggets and a pie. Went from $4.30 to$5.10. wow. Went to a different location and it was cheaper. What's going on??? Read more
Never had a problem with this store. UNTILL I come today to deal with a SUPER LOW CLASS BLACK LADY. Treating people like... there are asking for free food.
