The food was hot, delicious, and authentic. The restrooms and dining area were clean, and our whole experience was wonderful.

Such a great restaurant with an affordable price range ???? We had the best pita bread and hummus we have in a while. Even... though we don't have Mediterranean food that often, but the food here were so great that even makes me want to start to learnMediterranean cooking. The generous owner even gave us free rice puddings as dessert. Definitely coming back if I'm in town nexttime. Read more

The lentil soup is a must try. I could not tell you how many times I've had this exact soup over the past 30 years, and this has... got to be among the top 10 [edit after eating more of it:] --->5 experiences with it. The lentils have been cooked down justright, and the spices are just the perfect blend, it is easy to overcook these spices, and they nailed it. The first spoonfulhits your mouth with a Kabam! yet it finishes with an wonderfully smooth crescendo. Absolutely delightful. I went looking forvegan fare, settled for the veggie appetizer with eggplant, chick peas, rice and four pitas. It had a nice mild tomato-ey flavorand the eggplant was very tender, even the rind which can be one of my major complaints when I have a dish like this. I've neverhad this particular set up so I don't have anything to compare it to. I can say it's delicious and I home base nearby so I cancome back again and again. Especially for that soup. Y'all, try it! It was ton of food for 15 bucks plus tip. I will probablyeat twice plus a large snack off this one stop. Outstanding value. Do not let the fact that it's right next to a gas stationfool you. It is a stand-alone restaurant separate from the gas station that just happens to be in the same Plaza. Read more

What an amazing place! I've been in many places with mediternian/turkish cuisine in Charlotte, and this place is the best.... Everything is so delicious, customer service is 5 star, we ordered one big plate for $95 for 6 people(picture is attached), theportion was so big, we took the leftovers to go. We were there with the kids, their kid's meal so good and again, portions arebig for the price. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone. Read more

A person we met recently in Davidson told us about Nasim?s. We decided to try it out last night. A lovely woman named Layla took... our order. We could tell that she takes great pride in being the owner of this establishment. My husband and I had a lengthyconversation about being foodies, relocating from the Detroit area where we had a plethora of choices in middle easternrestaurants. My husband grew up in a home influenced by Lebanese cooking. He has learned to cook quite well himself. We?realways seeking amazing Mediterranean options in the Charlotte area. We went with the chicken Shawarma sandwiches and sides ofFattoush salad. We asked them to add the pickled turnips that we really love. There is a beautifully decorated dining area butit?s closed at this time. We couldn?t wait to dig in so we dined outside on the patio furniture. It was hard to take thepictures in the dark. **So these aren?t the best pics. The portions are very generous. We only wish the chicken had a moredistinct seasoning. There are so many more items off the menu to try. I suggest a carry out & go enjoy a feast on the lake. Getthe garlic! Grab a Perrier & Go! Read more
