The women, Luanne, who took my order was talking to other people as she took my order and I had to repeat myself and she still... wrote it on the cup wrong. When she made my drink she made it wrong and still put whip cream on it when it said no whip cream onthe cup. And when I told her she I should have ordered a different drink if I didn't won't whip cream when I proceeded to tellher it was the wrong drink she continued with and attitude and said now what's wrong. I enjoy a Starbucks coffee from time to time, I'm not a regular, but I do go when I'm in an area where there is a Starbucks. (We... live in a small town that doesn't have a Starbucks.) The customer service at this particular location (lady working the morning)was horrible. I thought it might be my lack of coffee /caffeine in the morning, but even my 9 year old said to me, "Was thatlady rude?" I ended up getting my 9 year old a treat, but I headed up the road to Dunkin for service with a smile. If you're inthis area, I'd say take the short drive up the road and get the better service. The customer service here is awful! i love starbucks but i would definitely not go here. There is one employee in particular who... makes your experience the worst the fact that you have to correct my verbage is outrages and it definitely was not in a jokingmanner, then to have the nerve to be rude to a store employee is definitely not a pleasant way to start the day.
