The food is good, but I'm not exactly a fan of the removal of human interactions. I'm used to a steak and shake experience in a... parlor-like dining area, with a breakfast bar and waiters/waitresses and a friendly dining experience with a handmade milkshakeand a smile, but that's just a personal preference so bare in mind the food and overall service is still good. Ordered a large order from Uber eats. One of the milkshakes had 1/3 milkshake in it and the rest was covered with whipped cream.... Not sure how hard it is to fill up a cup but obviously they had trouble doing it. Read more
The food is so delicious. The speediness of the staff who cook the food is incredible. The establishment is kept clean and just... has this very relaxing vibe. The milkshakes are phenomenal as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! Read more
It took 21 mins from ordering to receiving my food. The burger was extremely greasy and was not cut in 1/2 which makes it... difficult to eat while driving! I was not given a straw or napkins When I went back around the building waited in line to getastral napkins and share How I felt about the Burger she just didn't seem to care I ended up throwing it away and not eating. Listening to Glen Frey's You Belong to the City, reminded me of the last time I was at a Steak n Shake. 1988. My frist visit to... this relatively recently reopened location in Mooresville. The Steakburger here is like a smash burger. I love that style.Juicy yet with a nice crust. The fries are unique for fast food being more like short shoestring fries, almost all crispy. Theyhave the dip and squeeze Heinz ketchup. No cheap stuff here. Serve yourself soft drinks and iced tea. All in about 6 and ahalf dollars for a hot burger, fresh bun and hot fries. The 5 minutes at my table waiting for name to be called was worth thefresh tasting and hot food. Def recommend for a quick, inexpensive bite. Read more

First time back since they closed and reopened...same great food just no waitresses! Card only-no cash payment option. When you... walk in, you order from a kiosk, receipt prints with your order number. Find a seat and wait for your number to be called...it'snot rocket science!
