Among the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. How Subway can hire such people is a poor reflection and... just goes to show how much they could care less about their company and about their customers satisfaction. After the pointwhere they take your money and capture your sale they could care less about you and what you Ordered. So anyway, I ordered asandwich through the subway app and was delivered someone else's order. No big deal right? Easy fix, call up and let them knowand they'll send me out the right one right? Oh no! Not on this case. Called the store for almost an hour and nobody picked up.It just rang and rang and rang. Finally a lady picks up (probably because she was tired of hearing me call) and tells me she'saware of the mix up with my order and was pretty much gave me an "oh well too bad" attitude, when I asked her if she was goingto make it right. Meanwhile the order I received was $10 and the order I placed was $50. I asked her if she could remake theorder and have it redelivered and she was very dismissive and then stopped talking altogether and put the phone down. I spend2-3 minutes saying "hello hello" until I realized she wasn't coming back. I hung up and continued to call back and the phonekept on a busy signal. Eventually I had to submit and drive to pick up my DELIVERY order. When I got there the ladies were veryrude and gave me the "not my problem" excuse. I also had to pay for a delivery and a driver tip on an order I had to go pick upmyself as they didn't know how to refund a partial order. If this is your idea of customer service, then you just lost a longtime customer! I'll never buy a subway sandwich again because of this location. Subway needs to do better. Stop spending allyour money on pro athlete commercials and hire some competent staff that cares about your mission and customer satisfaction. Read more

Ordered a foot long turkey and a foot long Italian BMT. Received two feet of God's knows what instead. Called twice well before... closing, no one picked up. Sadly I will go hungry. Read more

Placed order online told me15 minutes when I get there they haven't started my order then proceed to tell me they don't have any... of what I ordered took over a hour to heat meatballs and make my sandwichs If I wouldn't have already paid I would have left.Horrible customer service I'll never be back Read more

The staff here is the worst. I mean horrible. The hours posted are not when they close. The staff says, they can close when they... want and management does not care. They really close at 9pm. Why post 10:30? I often elect to go elsewhere bc of staff... Also, the young girl that wears glasses and her hair with colors is garbage. She openly talks about needing to get high infront of customers... she rolls her eyes the whole time I order... Read more

Absolutely worst worst worst place ever in the entire world. Sadly, the only subway near me, but I literally cannot deal with... this awful food anymore. Every single time I have ordered from here, my sandwich has been put together so hilariously sloppythat it feels like I?m being pranked. Except I paid money for it. I ordered a BLT With regular mayonnaise and there was so muchmayo on it, scraping it off couldn?t help it, the toasted bread was soggy and it had all of one little tomato slice on it lmao.Just one example of many awful experiences I?ve had. Idk why the people here can?t make a sandwich, especially with three basicingredients. Read more

Love Subway Sandwiches! The two young guys making the sandwiches were very accommodating and fixed my Teriyaki Sweet onion... sandwich just perfect for me. They were very nice and friendly. It's one if the few places you can dine in...and it was cleanand the price with my coupon I received via mail was great! Always look forwarded to going back next time!???? Read more

The interior of the store was quite dirty. Granted I did arrive just after the lunch rush. None the less it was pretty bad. The... tables the floor and somewhat the prep area. I had originally planned on eating in but that devotion was pretty much taken fromme. Otherwise the food the service and the people were pleasant. Read more
