I'm giving them 3/5 because the hibachi is usually delicious; however, we got sushi today and it was warm and very fishy.... Probably a personal preference, but it was also cut into large pieces, not sushi-sized pieces you'd want to eat. I would havelegitimately taken the Food Lion sushi over this. Aside from that, they provided 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Wasabi for 4 rolls and theginger wasn't a consistent color, had brown harder edges so I left it. Get the inside open for service. That hole in the side of the building is not a drive through. Telling people to wait in the... fire lane for twenty minutes at a time is absurd. Whatever the issue is, fix it. Read more

I love most of these places regardless. But this one was great idk who was cooking last Friday but it was better than usual!

I will never EVER order from this restaurant again. We ordered sushi and all the salmon was bad. It smelt disgusting and had... brown spots. That's a complete neglect of safety and they are going to make someone sick! Absolutely disgusting. Read more

Despite a Global Pandemic, Tokyo Japanese Restaurant kept its doors open consistently and for that...I'm extremely grateful.... I've had a ton of sushi from places far and near but this is definitely one of my favorites. Great appetizers as well!! Thestaff is extremely friendly and quick. Once they finish their renovations, it will be an amazing experience to dine in. For now,carryout works just fine. They even have a drive thru window which is great during the rain or when you have the kids!! Go checkit out!! Read more
