Ordered our food to go they said 20-30 mins ended up waiting for an hour and 15 mins before they gave us any food asked for a... large cauliflower wings received 6 wings, ordered lemon pepper wings and they gave us a different sauce had to wait another 15mins for the right wings. We asked for celery and carrots and never received it and then we asked for ranch and they gave a usblue cheese. Read more
Great food great service. after placing order it was a 50 minute wait period which I thought was kinda long since I was picking... up myself and only had 2 kids meals n a chicken wrap combo. But like I said great service when I did go in to get it so it outweighed that downfall of a long wait time Read more
Food was excellent! Unfortunately our waitress was horrible with a bad attitude n did eye rolls when you asked for something.... She ignored us while we sat needing more refills and ketchup. I finally just went and found ketchup in dining side on a tablebecause our burger was getting cold. A waitress named Lexi saw we were out of drinks and came over to help us even though itwasn't her table. We did say something about the other waitress and then she was shooting us dirty looks the rest of our timethere and came over snotty and said is everything ok here now and walked away fast before we could answer. Very immaturedisrespectful gal. I hope our tip went to Lexi and thank you Lexi for making our Sunday afternoon experience there better! Read more
Restaurant was filthy! Can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Unfortunately we stayed? ordered wings & fries. Bothe were... cold. First thought was they had been sitting out for a while. Will never go back. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Read more
One of the boneless wings, was not fully cooked. and they were cold on the center like they have been frozen. The seasoning was... way too salty and to many condiments, I had to remove all I could with a napkin in order to be edible. When I went to pick up myorder the floor was sticky and with bad odor. It was recently cleaned since it had the yellow wet floor signs. Previousexperiences were way better!! Come on Buffalo Wild Wings we know you do better!!! Read more
I know they are known for there wings but dang can they make a chicken sandwich. We had Traditional and Parmesan Garlic Wings... and they were fantastic. But the big surprise was the Southern Chicken Sandwich WOW. chicken was so moist the coleslaw was crispwith sweet pickles to make one of the best sandwiches I?ve ever had. We will no longer go here or order from here, they continue to mess up our to-go order (4 times total now). When we do receive... our wings and get home sometimes they are bone dry with little sauce on them and have to use our own sauce at home! This isabsolutely ridiculous that this has happened more than once. More people need to start boycotting places like this with poorto-go service so this these places learn to care about their services/food offered! Read more
Never had any major problems with our orders. We always do pickup orders. Foods always what it should be. They may have forgot... a side once but were quick to fix it and makeup for it. But 1 out of 10+ times isn't bad at all. If you order online you pointsthat add up for free sides or desserts. Read more
