Normally this is my preferred Caseys in Moorhead/Dilworth, but for the past few months the mens bathroom has been trashed. Now... imagine my frustration when I went in today, desperately needing to go, only to find the mens bathroom stall no longer has alock. The lock had been flopping around for a a few weeks now so its not like its been a sudden development either and there'sno signage or etc to warn people. Read more

Normally I love Casey's and wouldn't have issue stopping there. However, I stopped in one evening for a soda and to use the atm.... So after using the atm, putting my money in my pocket, and grabbing my soda I went the counter. The lady behind the counterimmediately and aggressively accused me of theft and demanded I empty my pockets. Imagine my confusion! After not so nicelyshowing her and explaining each item in my pocket and how none of it was from the store shelves (keys, phone, cash, atmreceipt), she proceeded to ring me up with her hostile attitude as if I was ever going to spend another penny there again. I probably won't order pizza again from this location. After placing my order and being told it would be 20-25 min I left to run... an errand. Got back 23 min later and they hadn't even started to make my pizza. I watched them make it and put it in. No apologynothing. Read more
The manager is great, but the hateful woman behind the counter with the boy?s haircut has insulted me for the final time. I?m... done shopping at this location until the staff learn basic customer service. Read more
I placed a delivery order for an large pizza and bufflao bone in wings. The order came back cold and boneless. Call the man who... claimed to be a mangar said they he would replace my order the next phone in. So about 4 days later i call he says ok puts theorder in 3 hours later calls back and said i spoken with the manager and he has no recalls of an order complaint. So the ladywho answered the phone left a note for the managar to call me. He calls presents himself as chris (have him on my voicemail)says he will take care of everything. I call again today and there's no managar by the name of chris that works in thatrestaurant. So after a lovely tip to the driver and of course paying for my meal in full i got screwed. Everyone is so friendly and warm here - the counter staff and the people making pizza and sub. I usually stop here after work... so around 530 or 6. The pizza is great, the staff is really friendly and helpful. Really nice to see such happy people after along day at work..it always lifts my spirits. Thank you! Read more
I live near this Casey?s and it?s one of the best places to stop for some pizza and drinks the staff is very friendly the... bathrooms are always clean and their never out of pastries. Read more
