This store closes early literally went there at 10:30 tonight lights outside were off door locked, website said 12.
I give them a score of 0. Most ridiculous store they should close not convenient can't use restrooms. The girl that worked... there said why don't people Go home to use the bathroom. Really sorry I live in West Fargo. Go to Holiday much better place andyou can use their restrooms. Read more
The people who work at this store are AWFUL. They are so inconvenienced when someone comes inside to pay for gas and heaven... forbid you want a single other item. Was told to bag my own items on one occasion and on another I was looking for my bank cardand was rudely told to now go to the back of the line. I was so embarrassed it almost put me into a full blown panic attack. Ileft with nothing and dread ever having to go back. Read more
Ordered a breakfast pizza and a few other drinks to be ready shortly after 5 am opening. I showed up at 5:30 when it said it was... supposed to be ready and no one was there. Doors locked a sled couldn?t get fuel even. Half hour late to most any job is a fireable offense Read more
Most of the staff looks as they just woke up. The store is always dirty, floors are sticky around pop machine constantly. Not... friendly with customers. Discusting all around! Dont waste your time Read more
Inside is ok but Laundromat is poor. 1/2 the washers don?t work. Kitchen closes early but not sure what time. I like their piece... of pizza self-serve to go. They?re frozen icee machine needs to be deep cleaned it consistently tastes mildewy compared to otherCasey?s. Read more
I had someone use my credit card here illegally, notified management. It was one of his staff. They had gotten my info and had... his friends come in and buy a bunch of junk. He watched it on camera. Manager didn't actually even seem bothered by it, and Inever heard back from the store or owners. Staff commits credit card fraud, they couldn't be bothered by it. Read more
First, they close at 10PM, if not earlier. I'm so sad to read all the snowflakes complaints, the world is not here to make you... feel important. It is a nice place usually pretty quiet and not loaded with people figuring out which scratchers to buy likeHoliday. Quick service, no attitude, friendly helpful people. Neighborhood is going downhill but not Caseys fault. Lock yourcar and beware of people lingering outside, including those sitting in their car, watched a girl jump out and try to get into mycar as I was inside. Read more
