We ordered 2 kids meals and adult meals. We only got 3 of our 4 burgers, and they were all cold. 2 orders of fries were suppose... to be curly, but all were regular. The lobby was closed due to staffing, and the drivethru was backed way up. Read more
Went through the drive thru tonight. Had to order at the window because her headset wasn't working, no big deal. Then after... ordering she asked me to pull forward and I sat there for over 30 minutes before I pulled around, parked, and went in. There wasone gal who stated she had just been made a shift manager and she was very nice and trying her best. There was one guy in thekitchen with hair to his shoulders, no hair tie, no hair net, and flinging his hair around. In the 15 minutes I stood there hemade one burger and did nothing else. I asked the shift Manager where her boss was and she said he wouldnt answer his phone. Shedeserves a raise and the manager deserves to be fired! Food was cold, and not correct on top of it all. Ordered an origional angus burger. Got down the road opened the bag and had 2 buns some lettuce and a slice of tomato. No meat!... And it cost me $11 fot that and a small fries. Avoid this place Read more

Called in that they forgot part of our order, spoke with an Alex, he acknowledged they forgot it as it was on their counter. We... live out of town and they told me to come back and get the food and get some coupons, I asked if I could just be refunded thedifference for the food as driving there and back would have cost way more than the price of the food, Alex told me he wouldget in touch with the GM and that they would give me a call back.
