Our fries were stale and way way over salted. It was like they took the fries from the holder unit and "refreshed" them by... putting them back in the fryer to warm up again. All other food we got was good. Read more
The coke was good. The chicken nuggets? That ain't chicken OR meat! Really taste it.. Crispy crust is what sells the nuggets.... Remove the crust and eat the center slowly really tasting it. Roll it around with your tongue. Eating it cold is even worse.It's nasty! Then I got a quick hamburger. This is mostly what people buy for "The kids", in the happy (hardly) meal filler.. Icall this the salt patty. Again, if you really taste it, it don't taste like meat. It has so much salt in it, it tastes like afatty of salt. High blood pressure anyone? My question.. What flavor are they trying to hide with all that salt? Certainly not ajuicy burger taste! No more eating at these fat food restaurants for me or my family. I'll cook and pack lunches for us. Or in apinch, grab a sandwich from holiday gas station and a water. Pop (sugar water) isn't necessary. Read more
They should probably train their morning drive-through staff to take orders correctly, and if theydont , they shouldnt argue... when a customer points out that they were wrong when the customer is so very clearly right. Also customers can hear yourconversations when you are behind the counter or in the drive-through window so maybe you guys shouldn't talk c*** aboutcustomers. Read more
Today I was very disappointed in Mcdonalds. I ordered through their little computer and tried paying at the counter, which took... an employee a good minute to come. Our card got declined and we went and grabbed another, finally when we paid we sat and waitedfor over half an hour, I went up and asked about the order because it really wasnt that complicated (3 happy meals) and they hadforgotten completely about our order. Although they were quick to make it and then threw in some extra food to make up for thewait. Read more

I only issue I had was I needed a quick lunch as I was traveling out of town and ordered a chicken sandwich combo and when going... down the road I find out they started putting these sandwiches in foil like bags and when I reached in to the bag to grab mysandwich it was just the bun then I was like what the heck so I proceed to look in the bag and all the guts were at the bottom of the bag????. I was so upset my sandwich was messed up as there was mayo all over the place. Anyways the bag idea was a verypoor idea for drivers as the original box idea is way better due to the fact it keeps the sandwich contained tightly and thecardboard box is recyclable not foil! Come on people no need to reinvent the container. Read more
Chicken nuggets are the worst I've ever had at a McD's location. Employees ring order up wrong and miss items, and unfortunately... the franchise as a whole has struggled to provide quality as their app does not allow sign in and their kiosk software does notallow one to go back when reviewing an order.
