Sat for 15 minutes at drive through screen. Drove around because I thought the one I was at was closed. As soon as I pull up to... the other line Manager starts telling me I need to the screen I was just at because this one is closing. I tell him whathappened and he starts saying "that didn't happen" and was very rude. Finally after waiting for a long time they gave me thewrong order, which I should have looked but was frustrated from waiting for so long. Really the manager is just a jerk and thatis my main issue. After confirming that they have adult happy meals available, my husband ordered 2 adult happy meals. We got to the hotel room... (fargo) only to find out the collectible toy are not in any of the 2 boxes! We are disappointed and felt robbed, we traveledfrom Canada and we looked forward on getting an adult happy meal since we dont have it available in Canada. My husband calledthe restaurant as soon as we found out (3:25pm) and Kevin said we can come back and grab the toys - my husband mentioned we willbe back tonight. My husband arrived at the place around 8:30pm to pick up the toys, went into the restaurant and waited at thefront for more than 15 mins (no other customer inside) only to get ignored and passed by staff because they are all busycatering the drive thru. I called the restaurant and told Kevin (?) we called earlier regarding the adult happy meals and wastold to come back and mentioned my husband is inside their restaurant waiting at the front. He told me they are busy and shortstaff (understandable as I see the line up at the drive thru) and hang up on me. My husband came out of the place without toys.They said they are out of it - I am frustrated as they let us drove back, no apologies, didnt make things right, ignored myhusband standing on the line, and hang up the phone on me. If I should have known that they prioritize drive thru, we could havejust gone to the drive thru and asked for the missing items (which they didnt even bother saving it for us eventhough we madethem aware we are coming to get it). I had a grubhub which is one of my jobs. Tonight/previous times I have had to deal with this McDonald's. I understand being busy... I don't minded to wait even 10-15 but give me a time frame. If you genuinely think about it by the time I drive there I haveeither waited in line or longer. My order should be ready. I went in and I called no one could give me a time on when it wouldbe ready. That being said I did have to cancel my order and have to look bad on my job for not being able to wait. If you don'tlike your job plus like to think mine is always easy think again. We both need to get paid. Read more

The guy taking orders this morning is a total rock star. He says "good morning" like it is one, has an awesome loud voice that... is super easy to hear in their speakers, and just a super friendly, customer-driven vibe. I was worried when I saw lines at bothdrive-ups but I got through there FAST and my order was correct and that guy completely made my day! Read more

Been a while since I visited this location. I think they may have remodeled the interior. Very nice, clean, modern, fun table... and seating options. Great customer service, we dined in and they brought our order right to our table. Meal was fresh and hot.Nothing like hot McDonalds fries. Fantastic meal! Enjoyed the quarter pounder with bacon and cheese, just wished they put moreketchup on it. Regardless it was a fresh made burger and very tasty. I would highly recommend this McDonalds!! Read more

The newly remodeled McDonald'sIs very warm, Unlike its employees.We were greeted by a Crabby African-New-American girl with an... attitude, poor communicationskills and unpleasantpersonality. When I questioned why it was taking so long she gave me a rudelook and shrugged her shoulders. When the manager herself, an older Latina-American brought us our food I informed her of thisshe said nothing turned looked at the girl and walked away from us never returning to apologize or address the issue. That wasuntil we found a hair, long black wavey/curly and clearly from one of the new-African-American cooks who by the were not wearinghair nets, as a matter of fact NOBODY in this location was wearing gloves or hair nets. Very bad experience. They got our order wrong 3 times. I've been sitting in the please pull forward we will bring your food out... space for almost 20 min. And they still come out with the wrong order. Read more
