Customer service was reallllly bad. It was a bunch of teens at the counter constantly talking to eachother, and the guy who took... my family?s Oder was half paying attention because he was having a convo with another employee. When we got our orders my wholeorder was wrong I asked for no mayo and bacon and they gave me just the opposite. I had a bad experience with the owner. I placed a phone order. When I got there they said they had no lettuce. Cancel the order.... They said they would credit my card. Now according to the owner Sharma I have to go to corporate. Why?? Unprofessional and nothonest. I will not bother returning to this establishment ever. Honesty is the best policy for business. This is the third time I have had a bad experience here . Seems like no one pays any attention to what you say or how you want... it. I ask for light mayo they slap on extra! I have 30 mins to get food and eat it. I called to explain my sandwich was smashedand she could have cared less rooms me she will tell the manager without even asking for my phone number to make it right. Iunderstand no one wants to make sandwiches for a living but that?s their job and not one person in there acts like they enjoy it. If 0 was an option that's how many stars i wld give. Person making sandwich was so heavy handed he saturated it with the... dressing..practically dumped it all on there. Made one sandwich incorrectly and scraped everything off. There was no ice for ourdrinks and when we asked were told i dont know what to tell you....seriously??? How about getting more ice???? Horrible customerservice. Idiots. I'll drive further to thousand oaks next time. They have great service and know how to make sandwiches!!! Read more

Fast fresh wonderful subs. Very cheerful and helpful staff. It's always spotless inside. The hot tip is to use the app and... when you get there you can stand to the left and tell them your name and they'll hand you your order. In and out in 1 minuteor less. Read more
