This is the second time in a couple months that the evening drive through at this Moorpark McDonalds has screwed me over. I said... my mobile order numbet to them twice, they still tried to charge me at the first window. I asked if the happy meal toy could beexchanged for a sundae, the male employee said ?yes,? and then I get home and see they charged my card on file for the Sundaeand they didn?t give me my second fries. I?m not coming here again. Don?t use this McDonalds at night. I?d rather drive toThousand Oaks. Read more
As they were asking me to park and wait for my order I asked for sauces and got a confirmation clearly. Unfortunately that wasnt... the case, not only did they forgot the sauces they also messed up all my 5 sandwiches and now I've driven many miles to my finaldestination and get to try and imagine what I order is in every bite of these. #PrayForAllah Read more

Says on McDonald?s app closes at midnight. Google says it closes at 1130pm. I?m here at 1110pm and it?s closed. I hate this... place Update: went again 2 months later after previous post. They were out of soda. ?I?m sure they?ll blame supply chain issuebut then looked in bag, no napkins no ketchup. Surprised they remembered the food. Burger was junk. Meat was over chewy.
