Starbucks on Collins is my least favorite, and let me tell you why! I can?t tell you all how many issues I have had there. When... you pick up your drink, make sure it?s accurate before you leave because they DO not care if they made it correctly once youhave left the store. (That includes customer service representatives online and via phone too.) Majority of employees arecollege kids that just hanging out behind the counter. I?m now avoiding this Starbucks due to a confrontation from an younggentleman when he made my drink incorrectly through the drive thru. If you have any reservations also just go to any otherStarbucks for friendly baristas who actually care. I hate confrontations with barista's,but when my drink isn?t right and I pay$6 for it, I expect something I ordered accurately.Unfortunately, the employees just don?t care at this Starbucks and that isthe ONLY ONE I have had reoccurring poor service with.. Due to personnel without experience, lack of knowledge and adequatesupervisor support will end up with inferior outcome. Nice staff, some of them know by name before they take your order and say hello and ask how you are AND make your drink properly... 95% of the time and have no problem correcting it for you or just making you a new drink. Read more
