Management needs to step up at this location. I was in retail management for years so I have experience working with young... adults. First off we decided to eat inside and the conversations between the employees were so loud and not appropriate. Wecould hear everything literally! There were dirty tables and employees were just standing around. The guy at the counter lookedhigh and was just tossing cups in the air. Yes, CUPS that you give customers! The trash can next to the drink area wasoverflowing with trash.... trash on the ground and the bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Water all over the ground and basicallynot usable. Unprofessional employees. Manager doesn't seem to care. All teenagers acting like they were 5 yrs old, super loud. Waited 20... minutes for my food , while the employees were giving their friends discounts and got their food faster. Very high chance I willnot come back to this Wingstop Read more
It's always so frustrating as a Moorpark resident to see cranky, impatient folks leave a poor review on a new establishment... without even attending. My family of 7 picked up 40 wings for $60 bucks and tried out a bunch of their different seasonings anddipping sauces. We got half bone-in and half boneless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and took the time to explainto me how the ordering process worked. Everything was great and they paired really well with our collection of hot sauces fromhome. They cook the wings to order so expect a 20 min wait time. If you don't like waiting.. I'd encourage you to order onlineor via phone before heading down. Thank you guys for trusting in our small community, hopefully we won't let ya' down. Read more

I walked in and I was immediately greeted by a very nice wing expert! My food was amazing and I really enjoyed the service all... around. I asked one of the workers what her name was and she mentioned that her name was kyra. She was very polite and it wasquick and easy. Definitely recommend going here. Read more
