Stopped here on our way thru Moose Jaw on Thanksgiving Monday. Disappointing, to say the least. The place has gone downhill in... the last three to six months - bathrooms are dingy and are obviously lacking repair - the hot water tap in the men's washroomdid not shut off, and in the women's, there was a thick ring of silicone around the base of the toilet and it was still leakingenough that it needed mopping regularly. The food was not up to A&W standards that we were used to - the onion rings, usually afavorite - were dark and tasted of burnt oil - it was apparent the deep fryers had not had their oil changed in some time. Theburgers were drab, lacking the usual deliciousness that A&W burgers usually have. The overall appearance of this location is ofa worn out fast food location - everything seemed to have a grimy appearance. We won't be stopping here in the future, eventhough it's handy when we travel to our cottage. Read more
I love me some A&W. And they have Semi parking along the side of building. Washroom not the cleanest but food was good , double... teen , onion rings well done and shake to go, two buddy burgers plain for my pup . Good staff , talkative , and fast Read more
We arrived at this restaurant at a busy time and were met with very friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant and... bathrooms were very clean. The food was excellent. I accidentally left a personal item at the restaurant and when I called therestaurant, the item had been collected and safely stowed in the office until I returned. I was so appreciative of the staffcrew and their awesome attitudes. Thank you! Read more
Place by itself is old, dirty and full of flys. Stuff is not listening to you, I mean I ordered combo and asked for one extra... burger and they made two combos and forced me to pay for it… If you extremely hungry you can try that place, but if you havechance to drive further I strongly suggest to do so ???? This store is desperately in need of a reno I love A&W food but this was not up to the standard im used to in other cities Don't... know what's going on with the dishwasher but the silverware isn't as clean as I think it should be. Takes forever for the staff to take the order every time I go. Sat at the drive through for more than a couple minutes several... times. Almost appears that they wait until the person ahead of you has received their food before your order is taken. Food isgood, just long delays at the order window. Parking lot was also empty. I didn’t want to leave any stars. But that was the only way I could give a review. I was there about 30 minutes ago . Doors... are locked. People were inside eating. A guy saw us trying to get in and just shook his head. Sign says open. What gives.Instead we went to Carols catering and had a great breakfast. Quick and efficient. Read more
