Ordered a blizzard cake online the day before, arrived to pick it up and 3 different people had to be consulted before it was... brought to me. Also ordered a meal to go and they tried to ring them up separately on 2 different terminals. Agonizing process. Read more
It's good. Service was quick enough. Line ups.. hot day.. on par fast food. But is tied with the other food outlets (fish,... salad, pizza ) make it the 4 star rating. Read more
Great food! Amazing ice cream. Also able to print pictures onto cakes, which I think is pretty cool. Down to it... though: Burgers are some of the best in town. Fresh produce used. Never found brown lettuce or soggy pickles. Fries are usuallycrispy and lightly salted. Smaller portions of fries. But never complained. Their chicken strips could use a little love. Theyare great but sometimes can be a little dry. I still like to order them anyways though. Ice cream has never let me down here.Blizzards are probably my favorite treat. The multiple new flavors has put my sweet tooth in the right spot. All in all a solid4/5. Read more
Trash. I've been ordering the SPICY wrap for years, and recently, the last 2 years or so, they NEVER make it correctly, it... always comes out as ranch and I have to call in to complain and tell them to remake it. I figured at first it was just new staffmessing up, but it's been consistent for the last 2 years getting the wrong wraps made incorrectly. Don't leave the drivethrough unless you've thoroughly checked your bags and made sure that your order is 100% correct, because they DO NOTLISTEN. You can see clearly in my picture the receipt says FT (Flamethrower) aka spicy wrap, not ranch, which is what's clearlyon the sandwich. the FT sauce is orange, not white. Read more
Milkshake was a disgrace. I've had better chunky soup than the amount of ice cream that was in that thing. Would be a shame to... even call it a milkshake. Don't be sorry be better. Can't reply to the message underneath me so edited my post if you lookthrough the negative ratings this has been going on and never fixed they don't care. They just want your money boycot thisplace.
