Constant horrible customer service. They always rush you to order when you are trying to tell them your order. They ask the same... question right after saying it the first time without giving you time to answer. I nicely told the guy at the drive thru that heneeds to give people time to answer instead of repeating himself so quick. And told him I?m not trying to be disrespectful. Andbecause of that they made me the wrong order. Instead of a bacon deluxe McCrispy I just got the plain one but paid for thedeluxe. Not happy. Won?t be going to this McDonald?s for awhile. Read more

They didn't take my order properly didn't give me a total or receipt so when I was missing items had no receipt to prove my... order then wanted me to repeat my order which was almost $100 worth of stuff and the fries were old and ice cold and the burgerslukewarm when I order I always for a lot of people so it's too bad this is the last straw they have lost my business Read more

Well if they could get your order right it would be ok, every time I order a sausage muffin I get charged the exorbitant amount... for one with egg. This always causes a delay and when going thru the drive thru is a pain. Rotten Ronnies is well deserved asthey will constantly upsell and not tell you, always check your order and get a receipt, but the washrooms are usually betterthan Burger Thing or the Root Bear. I ordered egg blt with no bacon and no sausage for my my friend and they gave me blt with only bacon( he is muslim) and wen i... went bak they gave me plain egg and lettuce not even mayo on the order they messed up. This was very disappointing i had to go 3times into the drive thru and still had it messed up . I even had to pay extra for the cheese as they claimed i did not pay forit last time.
