Horrible service here I ordered vanilla iced coffee and they gave me iced coffee that tasted like carmel and smelt like it and... they claim we don't have Carmel Iced coffee when clearly they do and they kept giving me the same kind when I wanted vanillathis place needs to get it together. My husband and I stopped for gas and burgers at montage mtn rd BK. If I could give a negative number on this restaurant I would!... I used the kiosk and no one who worked in the restaurant ever acknowledged my existence. 2 young men literally crashed intoeach other while doing nothing! One read the board maybe 25 times but never seemed fill any bags. The other guy literally didnothing. I was there for 20 minutes at least. There was 1 other customer in the restaurant, who was also waiting forever withme. When I told the female Mgr. that I just wanted my money back. She nastily told me I couldn't get a refund on a kiosk order!I had no choice but to make a kiosk order because no one spoke to me! We finally got our 2 double cheeseburgers, and my sodacontainers. T he store was filthy. French fries on the cook area floor, sticky counters, disgusting! One of the male workerskept lifting his shirt up and scratching his back, then handled the food! No gloves, no sanitizing! Thankfully he did not handleour food! This group needs some training!! Or replacement. Read more

I went at 9pm and ordered fries and milkshake but they said their icecream machine needed to be cleaned and so milkshakes are... not available. They were pretty polite about it and fried us fresh fries. The employees were kind and gave us complimentarycookies also! Read more
Came here only for a large fry. This is somehow what I get. I ask for a couple packets of zesty sauce for them the guy behind... the counter shoots me a look and gives me 1. Terrible service guy also looks like he hasnt showered in a week . If you're havinga bad day i get it but dont make it everyone elses problem. Read more
Was a wonderful quaint burger King that had the most amazing manager. Got to watch her handle a packed wait line and drive thru... with a rude and disgruntled customers with poise and grace deserving of a franchise and my experiences with Burger King love yastay strong with people and times of today. I would recommend this burger King to anyone. Read more
Looked and felt like a new Burger King. The staff was learning the routine but did a great job.
