This is my second time there since it opened, the first time I chalked up the mistakes to being too new. Guess I was wrong.... Both times out of chicken and they point to the raw chicken cooking on the grill. This time they were out of queso and said thatit takes 45 minutes to melt it!!! Both times I was there at 6pm and they were sold out of key items. Wouldn?t someone think tostart prepping the food knowing it gets busy at that time? Where was the manager? Leadership starts at the top and the managershould be in the trenches with their employees. I must admit I will be going back to pancheros until I have reason to trychipotle for a third time. They can?t roll a burrito and the overall food quality is poor. We have much better places around here.
First I?d like to say service and food was great, but I witnessed a horrible customer mistreating a employee by throwing a $20... bill on the counter and the employee was very calm and nice, but being disrespected like that is NEVER tolerable. I would likemanagement to be more attentive to things like this because the employees are who make these companies. That situation apart,very clean establishment and again, excellent service. Very clean and modern location. Huge parking is easy to access even during a busy time.
This place was just awful. The staff was completely oblivious and not at all helpful. The put so much sour cream on our food... that it was inedible. They didn't know what the tortillas were made of. We asked for corn tortillas and they didn't even know ifthey had them or not. Said all the tortillas including the hard tacos were flour based (which should not be true per Chiptolewebsite). We actually got refunded one of our meals because it was so bad. Chipotle is not very good in general (imo) but thisone especially was terrible. Read more
Our bowls were perfect! Place is well kept. Staff so nice! Not your average chipotle. Shoutout to Tiffany, Shana, and Jordan!
